Companion not connected
One click starts the application.

The companion fills supported fields and resumes across standard form steps. Unknown questions, login, CAPTCHA, custom controls and attestations pause for you. Automatic submission is a separate option in the companion; a click alone never counts as a confirmed submission.

Connect your browser companion

Open the InternOS extension, choose Profile & settings, paste this page’s connection address into InternOS address and choose Save and connect. Return here; the updated companion connects without a page reload. Use the same browser profile for both.

Import or complete your profile below, confirm it, and save before syncing.

Already installed? Connect or update it
  1. Open the browser’s Extensions page and find InternOS Application Companion. Keep its current installation folder so your profile and history stay available.
  2. After its files have been updated, click Reload on its extension card. The saved origin, profile and history stay in that installation.
  3. Return here and choose Refresh connection. If an older page still cannot connect, reload this page once. Saving an origin in the updated companion reconnects matching open pages automatically.

Use the companion’s Open InternOS button to return to its saved address. Localhost and a published InternOS website have separate website storage. Removing the extension, loading another folder or switching browser profiles creates a separate installation.

If you installed from a downloaded ZIP, download the current companion ZIP and replace the files in the same installed folder before clicking Reload. Reloading alone does not download updates.

Install on another browser or computer
  1. On Windows, download the Windows setup helper, then right-click it and choose Run with PowerShell. It prepares the companion folder and displays its exact location.
  2. Open edge://extensions or chrome://extensions. Enable Developer mode, choose Load unpacked, then paste the folder shown by the helper into the folder picker and choose Select Folder.
  3. Return to this page in that browser and refresh the connection.

The prepared Windows folder is %LOCALAPPDATA%\InternOS\Companion. The browser still requires its installation and site-permission approvals.

Manual alternative: download the companion ZIP, use Extract All, and choose the extracted folder that directly contains manifest.json. Keep that folder after installation.
